I warmly invite members of the Travelgems School of Well-Being to join me for 21 Days of Meditation, starting Monday, December 2. Each day, you will receive an audio guided meditation by me, along with the meditation text and supportive notes, in the community WhatsApp. And I will hold live sessions on the School of Well-Being platform on Wednesday, December 11 and Wednesday, December 13 at 12pm US EST / 7pm EEST.
